- Introduce Blue Bag Grass Pellets gradually over the course of a week when adding to a new feeding routine.
- These pellets are best fed soaked. Alternatively, they can be mixed with soaked PuraBeet or a Simple System chop and dampened thoroughly.
- For foals, horses that eat quickly, elderly horses, or those with dental challenges, ensure the pellets are soaked before feeding.
- Use 2.5 times the volume of water to soak the pellets.
- Feed according to the horse's requirements and condition:
- Start with 100g per 100kg of body weight per day (dry weight, before soaking).
- Gradually increase as needed, up to a maximum of 5kg per day.
- For example, a 500kg horse should start with 500g per day and adjust as required.
